Mission Beach Eco Village provides individual self-contained bungalow accommodation close to Mission
Beach. Mission Beach is a pleasant 1.5 hour drive south of Cairns past the highest mountain in Queensland,
and 2.5 hours north of Townsville. It is situated in World Heritage Rainforest with well marked walking tracks
into the home of that wonderful bird the Cassowary.
The Great
Barrier Reef is only a short distance from our shores where you can enjoy our pristine
reef at Beaver Cay, feed the giant groper or just enjoy the fantastic water underworld or
just walk our 14 kilometres of sandy palm fringed beach.

Situated individually in unique tropical surroundings around a natural formed rock pool, 20 metres
from beach and short walk to shops. We offer a relaxed family atmosphere with Char Grill long house and bar facilities.
The tastefully decorated Bungalows are designed to capture the cooling tropical breeze, fully self
contained with microwave, TV, air-conditioner and fans.
We have been able to create our unique landscape by utilising rocks excavated from the building site.
Milky pines which were also on the site are now proudly displayed as reception counter, dining tables and in the bar
area.

- Clump Point Jetty is the embarking point for your cruise to the fabulous Great Barrier Reef and day trips to
tropical Dunk island.
- Tully Gorge is the home of white water rafting and is only a short drive away.
- Mission Beach has many fine rainforest walks and the chance of seeing a cassowary is a probability.
- Sky diving over Mission Beach is popular for the more adventurous.
The owners remain personally
involved and would like to share with you their little piece of Paradise. |
